What travelers say:
Ma Guo friends took me to taste Kuala Lumpur cuisine, all famous restaurants, each had to wait patiently in line. This day, I came to the famous Jiwa chicken rice in Pudu, Banshan. When I saw the chicken rice with hot charcoal on the sand, I felt that the taste should be very special. The rice has been in business for more than 30 years since its establishment in 1985, and it still insists on cooking in a charcoal stove, retaining the traditional taste, which is rare. It takes more time to cook and has to wait patiently. When the corrugated chicken rice is served, a small piece of salted fish is attached to the small iron dish. The friend mixes the cooked chicken pieces, sausages, rice grains and sauces, and opens the meal while it is still hot! Maybe the fire of the charcoal stove is difficult to control, and I feel that the corrugated chicken rice is slightly dry. They have other corrugated dishes besides corrugated chicken rice, such as pork belly pepper soup, corrugated curry fish head, corrugated chicken, pork foot vinegar and daily corrugated soup.
